Current project scope

Signal Path Test is an unpublished app being prepared for a small invited Messenger test on Donald’s operator-controlled Facebook Page, NowLifestyle Toccoa. The test has not begun. This website does not connect to Messenger or collect Messenger messages.

The proposed test is one invited, consenting app-role participant sending one benign plain-text message, initially recorded without a reply. At most one benign plain-text reply would require separate operator approval. No campaigns, offers, attachments, imported message history or customer outreach are included.

Using this website responsibly

You may read this site and use the published contact routes for legitimate questions and requests. Do not use them for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, impersonation or sharing information you are not entitled to share. Do not disrupt the site, bypass access controls or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other people’s accounts.

This site does not authorize security testing of Signal Path, Meta or any third-party system. Obtain the relevant operator’s explicit permission before testing. Report concerns through Support & security reports, without sending credentials or private data.

A future invitation is a separate choice

Reading these pages or contacting Donald does not enroll you in a test or authorize collection of Messenger data. Any test requires a separate invitation, verified account and app-role eligibility, any required platform permissions, and an updated tester notice with your explicit agreement before collection. No one is entitled to an invitation or access simply by using this site.

Participation would be voluntary. You may decline or ask to stop future participation without also requesting deletion. Use the deletion, correction and opt-out route; test-specific instructions must be finalized before participation. These terms do not substitute for that notice, consent or the operator’s separate approval to run a test.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of your content. These terms do not transfer that ownership or grant Donald a broad license to publish, sell, advertise with or train AI on anything you send. Send only the minimum information needed for your request, and only information you are entitled to share. Do not email Messenger transcripts, screenshots, platform IDs, passwords, tokens, identity documents or attachments.

The Privacy notice explains current website and support handling, retention and provider limits. Its planned-app section describes intended handling and conditions that must be met before any test. See Data deletion & correction for requests. These terms do not replace those notices or make new retention or automatic-deletion promises.

Meta and other providers

Signal Path is not a Meta product and does not claim Meta approval. Facebook and Messenger are separate Meta services; review the Meta Terms of Service for your use of them. Other providers’ services have their own terms. These Signal Path terms do not change those separate terms, bind Meta or accept any provider agreement on your behalf.

No commercial service commitment

This site provides project information, not an offer of a paid service. No launch date, continued availability, support response time, business result or future feature is guaranteed. Donald may update or stop the project or a proposed test. Any future public or commercial service would need an updated scope and appropriate terms before it is offered.

Changes to these terms will be posted here with their effective timing. A change to this page does not by itself enroll you in a test or expand a participant’s consent. Nothing here asks you to waive rights that applicable law protects.
