For ordinary questions, use Email Signal Path support. Send your request type and a brief, minimal explanation. Donald checks the mailbox daily and acts promptly; this does not guarantee an instant response.

Email is handled through Gmail and your email provider. Do not send Messenger transcripts, screenshots, platform IDs, passwords, tokens, identity documents or attachments. If verification or sensitive evidence is needed, first ask Donald to arrange an appropriate method.

Report a security concern

Use Email a security report with the subject “Signal Path security report”. Describe the issue and safe steps to reproduce it without credentials, private message contents or other people’s personal data.

This is ordinary email, not a secure-upload channel. This page does not authorize testing of Meta, third-party systems or other people’s accounts.

Privacy, deletion and correction

Donald deletes operator-controlled correspondence, sent copies, attachments, local request notes and Trash within 30 days of receipt, normally sooner on resolution or request. This does not set providers’ own retention periods. Read Privacy for handling details or follow the deletion, correction and opt-out instructions.

Project status

Signal Path is coming soon and is not open for public use. The invited Messenger test is planned but has not begun. This website has no login, account connection or live message-ingestion endpoint. An updated test notice will be provided before participation.
