Operator and scope

Donald Powers personally operates Signal Path and is responsible for the website and his handling of support correspondence.

Website hosting

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this static site. These pages contain no operator-added analytics, advertising pixels, forms, scripts, embedded media or messaging connections. Email links open your email application; sending an email is your choice, not a website submission.

Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses, traffic routing and system information, to deliver its services and protect security. A script-free site is not a promise of zero logs or cookies from hosting services. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its processing and retention. No fixed lifetime for Cloudflare’s internal hosting logs or US-only processing is promised by this notice.

Email and minimal information

If you email Donald, your reply address, message and any details you include are handled through Gmail and your email provider so he can respond and address your request. Send only your request type and the minimum explanation needed. Do not send Messenger transcripts, screenshots, platform IDs, passwords, tokens, identity documents or attachments. If verification is needed, Donald will arrange an appropriate method.

Google processes email for its services, features, safety and performance under its own terms and privacy policy. Google states that Gmail email content is not used to serve ads; that is not a promise that Google processes data only on Donald’s instructions. See Google’s explanation of Gmail data handling.

Donald uses support correspondence to respond to requests, not for advertising, profile enrichment or model training. He does not forward it to external AI services or use a mailbox AI integration. If unsolicited sensitive information arrives, he will isolate it, avoid forwarding or AI use, and promptly address deletion and any applicable incident duties.

Support retention and requests

Donald checks the support mailbox daily and acts promptly on requests. Daily monitoring does not mean an instant response or automated deletion.

He deletes support and deletion correspondence, sent copies, attachments, local request notes and items in Trash within 30 days of receipt, normally sooner when resolved or requested. He keeps no separate mailbox export. An unresolved request is escalated before that limit rather than silently retained indefinitely. Any actual legal preservation duty must be specifically assessed and documented, not treated as a blanket extension.

This schedule covers copies Donald controls. It does not guarantee physical erasure from Google, your email provider, Cloudflare or other providers’ systems. Providers apply their own retention practices, including active-system and backup deletion delays described by Google.

Planned app: Signal Path Test

Donald is preparing Signal Path Test for a controlled Messenger test on his operator-controlled Facebook Page, NowLifestyle Toccoa. The app is not connected for messaging, and no Messenger data is being collected through it. The website and support contact described above are operating separately. This is not an invitation to send test data or a claim of Meta approval.

The intended test is one invited, consenting app-role participant voluntarily sending one benign plain-text message, initially recorded without a reply. At most one benign plain-text reply would require separate operator approval. Its purpose is to check receipt of the approved message, prevent duplicate processing, and, if separately approved, check a single reply and test cleanup. It is not a marketing campaign or public service.

Intended data and handling — not active

If separately authorized and verified, Donald would collect the approved message text; Page, sender and recipient scoped identifiers; message identifier and timestamp; signature-verification and duplicate-detection evidence; consent, opt-out and hold status; and any approved reply text and result. App/account authorization details, access credentials and cleanup records would be handled separately for connection, access control and teardown. These are intended test categories, not records currently collected by this app.

The design calls for minimal approved-message records in a separate encrypted local test store, with private operator access and minimal diagnostic evidence. It does not call for retaining whole incoming message batches or importing conversation history. No offers, links, attachments, customer outreach, advertising, profile enrichment, sale of test data, external AI processing or model training are planned. Donald, not Meta, would collect and handle these test records; Meta operates Messenger under its own terms and privacy practices.

Providers, retention and deletion before a run

The actual callback/relay providers, their processing locations and service-provider commitments, and the local storage, security and deletion controls have not yet been verified for live test data. Cloudflare’s website hosting and Gmail’s support role above are not an approved inventory of future app processors. The test will not run until actual processors and controls are verified and a final tester notice explains them, with explicit participant agreement before collection.

Donald has approved a test-retention policy in principle, not implemented or verified it: delete operator-controlled test content and evidence at verified teardown, no later than seven days after first authorization, and sooner when no longer needed or on an applicable request. The intended procedure stops the run before removing opt-out protections, revokes access and removes subscriptions at session end, then erases credentials. If cleanup fails, operation stays disabled and only indispensable encrypted cleanup material may remain within the same seven-day maximum, with daily owner attention and escalation before the deadline. No separate test backups or cloud sync are intended; their exclusion and deletion must be verified before a run. This is not a promise of automatic deletion or erasure from Meta or other providers’ systems.

The deletion, correction and opt-out route is available for Signal Path Test questions and requests without an app account. Test-specific identity verification and deletion instructions must be finalized before participation; do not send Messenger evidence through support email. This planned-app description does not mean the app is ready to operate.
