Send a request
Choose Email a deletion request or write to Powers.donald@gmail.com with the subject “Signal Path data deletion request”. For access, correction or an opt-out, say that in the subject instead.
- Say whether you want access, deletion, correction or further contact stopped.
- Use the email address used for support when possible, and give only the minimum explanation needed.
- Do not copy private conversations or attach evidence. Donald will arrange proportionate verification if needed to avoid changing another person’s records.
Do not send Messenger transcripts, screenshots, platform IDs, passwords, tokens, identity documents or attachments.
How requests are handled
Donald checks the mailbox daily and acts promptly on requests. This is a manual route, not an instant-delete button or automated STOP service. Sending an email does not itself prove that records have been deleted. Ask for confirmation of the outcome and an explanation of any information that remains.
Operator-controlled correspondence, sent copies, attachments, local request notes and Trash are deleted within 30 days of receipt, normally sooner on resolution or request. An unresolved request is escalated before that cap. Daily monitoring is not an instant-response guarantee. See Privacy for scope and provider-retention limits.
Planned test and provider copies
Signal Path Test is planned but has not begun and is not collecting Messenger data. This manual request route also covers the intended app: you may ask for access, correction, deletion or an opt-out. Donald will arrange an appropriate private verification method if needed; do not email platform identifiers or Messenger evidence. Test-specific verification and deletion procedures must be finalized before participation. You can ask to stop future participation without also asking for deletion.
The planned-app privacy section describes intended data categories and the seven-day maximum test-retention policy, which is approved in principle but not an implemented or verified deletion service. The 30-day correspondence schedule above is separate, not permission to keep test records for 30 days.
Deleting information Donald controls does not delete your Facebook or Messenger account, messages retained by Meta, or copies held by Google, your email provider or another person. For mailing details and other questions, see Support.
